Language, culture and Danish course
As an exchange student at University College Copenhagen (KP), you have the opportunity to learn Danish. You may be eligible for the free Danish Language Education Programme or you may attend IA Sprog’s Danish classes on campus.
KP offers Danish language and culture courses in cooperation with IA Sprog. The course takes place during the semester.
You do not need a CPR number to attend the course. The teaching is adapted to the needs of exchange students with short courses focusing on a professional language. The course meets the requirements of The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Instruction in Danish language is combined with insight into Danish culture, thereby enhancing your opportunities in relation to studies, work and leisure time in Denmark.
- The Danish classes give you the opportunity to meet and socialize with other international students from different programmes.
- Classroom instruction on a University College Copenhagen campus takes place once a week: Focus on oral communication and pronunciation as well as grammar.
- 24-7 access to Denmark ́s online learning platform, mit.iasprog.dk, making it possible to supplement classroom instruction when and where you wish, at your own pace and level.
