Information about coronavirus (COVID-19)

KP is still impacted by the current situation regarding covid-19.

[ Updated January 15th 2021]

We update the information on this page as soon as the authorities present new guidelines. Please keep yourself up to date, so that we can work together to reduce the risk of infection and keep each other safe. Below you will find specific information for students, employees and visitors at KP.

The government has just decided that the stricter restrictions announced before Christmas will now be extended until 17 January 2021. This also includes KP’s activities and means the following:

  • All exams up to and including 29 January are converted to digital exams. Now, unfortunately, this also includes bachelor’s exams, which are conducted digitally in the month of January.
  • Teaching up to and including 29 January will be converted to digital teaching
  • All KP’s campuses are still closed for physical attendance. That means, that we only come to campus if it is critically necessary. There are only a few activities that can be completed with physical attendance like simulation labs e.g., and if it involves you, you will be notified directly.

Teaching in January

The general teaching will be carried out online until 29 January. Once the specific restrictions for the 69 municipalities end on 3 January, we expect that we will be able to meet for some types of teaching. This concerns teaching which can only be carried out physically and which is required during the course of a study programme. You will be notified if you may show up at campus.

In doubt?

We will do our best to ensure the best possible experiences with both digital teaching and exams. In the start of january we begin the planning of the coming weeks. This applies to digital teaching, work, exams and online graduation. Next week, you can therefore contact your education or your manager if you are in doubt about anything. If you are unsure of what restrictions, dates and decisions that apply, please visit the corona page on KP Intra.
